1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all virtual interior design services ("Services") provided by LittleOaks Interiors, a trading name of PaoloR Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, booking, or otherwise engaging our Services, you ("the Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Our Services are provided remotely and digitally, and all communications, designs, and deliverables are completed via online means such as email, client portal, or messaging platforms.
2. Services
We provide fixed-price virtual interior design packages as detailed on our website and proposal materials. Each package outlines the inclusions, deliverables, and number of revision rounds provided.
We may update or modify our offerings and pricing at any time; however, any confirmed bookings or projects already in progress will remain under the terms agreed at the time of booking.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit is due upon completion of the client questionnaire and confirmation of the booking.
- The remaining 50% balance is due once the design has been completed and approved for sign-off by the Client.
- Work will not commence until the initial deposit has been received.
3.2 Payment Methods
All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
3.3 Taxes
No U.S. sales tax is applicable. For clients located in the United Kingdom, VAT may apply in accordance with local tax regulations.
4. Deliverables
- Deliverables are provided digitally via email or client portal.
- Deliverables typically include rendered design images and layout visuals, as specified per package.
- Source files (such as CAD, 3D, or layered design files) are not included and will not be provided.
- Deliverables are for the Client's personal use only and must not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written consent.
5. Revisions
The number of revisions included in each package is specified on the Pricing Page of our website. Additional revisions beyond those stated will incur an additional charge, quoted and agreed upon before proceeding.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Eligibility: A full refund may be requested up to one week before the project's scheduled start date. No exceptions will be made after this period.
- Mid-Project Cancellations: If the Client cancels after the project has commenced, the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- Our Cancellation or Delay: If we are unable to deliver the agreed Services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments received for undelivered work.

7. Project Timelines
- Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on project scope and Client responsiveness.
- Estimated timelines (for example, 2 days to 2 weeks) will be communicated at the start of the project.
- We are not liable for delay caused by Client inaction, failure to provide information, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate room measurements, photographs, and details requested during the onboarding questionnaire.
- The design process cannot begin until all required materials have been received.
- The Client acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of the final design depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
9. Ownership and Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, the Client owns the final design renders for personal use within their own property.
- LittleOaks Interiors retains intellectual property rights over design concepts, layouts, and creative materials developed during the project.
- We reserve the right to display completed designs (including before/after photos, renders, and testimonials) on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing prior to project start.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
10.1 Visual Accuracy
Digital renderings are approximations. The Client acknowledges that colors, lighting, textures, and materials displayed in digital visuals may differ from real-life appearance due to lighting conditions, screen calibration, manufacturing variations, and product changes.
10.2 Third-Party Products and Contractors
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or costs arising from suppliers, contractors, or vendors recommended by us or chosen by the Client.
- We are not responsible for availability, pricing, or quality of products or furnishings sourced independently by the Client.
- We are not responsible for damages or issues resulting from installation or use of products purchased based on our designs.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
11. Warranties
No warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those stated in these Terms. Design satisfaction is managed through the revision process as described in the selected package.
12. Communication
We communicate with Clients via email, phone, or text message. We do not guarantee specific response times but aim to respond promptly during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time).
13. Confidentiality
Client materials, including photos, measurements, and personal details, will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed Services.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging LittleOaks Interiors, submitting payment, or completing the design questionnaire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
